The location of Bens L'Hotel Palermo in Buenos Aires is perfect, surrounded by numerous bars, restaurants, parks, museums, and other areas of the city. the staff at the hotel are professional.

Beautifully maintained suite with a roomy bathroom, a nice private terrace plus balconies. Plenty of lovely food at breakfast time. Good and incredible location, 15 minutes' walk to Ecopark. Found in the very trendy area.

This place is situated close to restaurants, shops, and cool spots like Palermo Soho. You can easily explore the city and see the sights from here. the staff here are top-notch - super professional and caring. No complaints at all! 🌟

I cannot praise this hotel enough. The decoration is extremely tasteful, the rooms very comfortable and the staff is charming. A really nice vibe. Also, in relation to comparable hotels in other countries it seems a real bargain. The location is superb, although if you´re going to Buenos Aires on business, you might want to be closer to Recoleta, which I don´t like. Palermo SoHo is much nicer.

Support was from the concierge team was formidable and well above my expectations, they were very helpfull in arranging dinner/show reservations, recommendations and more. Thank you! Hotel location is priceless, Palermo Soho hosts some of the best shopping, restaurants and cooles cafes around Buenos Aires.

I had originally booked a Std Suite, received an upgrade upon arrival, and still I had the impression room was very basic. For the same price I paid I am sure other hotels in the area had more adequate fittings (more modern, larger bathrooms, more hotel ammenities, cooler design).

This place was impeccably clean, larger than expected, with trendy decor, and equipped with useful amenities like a safe, central heating, and an iron; the staff were friendly.

My room was located facing the street and was kind of noisy. Some kind of soundproof windows would do great.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Best thing was the staff. They're extremely helpful and friendly, go out of their way for the guests, made us feel truly welcome. Everything else was great too: We loved the cozy hotel decor. The garden and swimming pool are a very nice and quiet place to relax after a day out in the big and busy city. The bed was perfect, nice coffee and breakfast. Great location too in the heart of Palermo - easy to get to most sights/attractions. Hope to come back there one day!

The modern room at Bens L'Hotel Palermo was nice and had its own balcony. the location of the hotel was good and fantastic; we were able to walk to Plaza Serrano Square.

The staff were brilliant, friendly and always there to offer ideas and assist in anyway.

The noisy air conditioning units that forced us to move from a luxurious room to a smaller street room. Such a pity.

My husband and I stayed at L'Hotel for a week. We loved the location as it was very close to a huge variety of cafes and restaurants. It was about a 10 minute walk to the underground/subway. The staff were very friendly and gave great advice on things to do and places to see. Our room was clean and the coffee that was available 24-7 was fantastic. The breakfast consisted of ham, cheese, yoghurt, bread/toast, crossants, cakes, juices, water and fruit. We emailed ahead of time and arranged an airport transfer that was charged to the room. I highly recommend doing that as it is the cheapest and easiest option.

The location here was amazing, just a short walk from Plaza Serrano Square.

The reception area was a very relaxed, comfortable area. Then when you walk into the hotel part I was amazed at how beautiful it is with the hanging plants and the balconied floors. It was a total escape from the outside neighborhood. I felt very lucky to be staying there, as if it was a secret that no one outside on the street has any idea about it.

They had some issues with the elevator. It was a little shaky and didn't always work. There are only three floors and luckily I was on the floor one.
